Apple Roulade by Dagmar - fast and simple
- 4-5 apples, cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 150g plain flour
On a baking sheet, lined with baking paper, grate apples, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Pour sponge pastry - whipped eggs with sugar and flour and put it in the oven. If it is done, take it out from the oven and roll it when it is still hot in the shape, sprinkle with sugar.
Excellent, smooth taste, simply yummy! Easy to roll, really simple to process, no reason to worry about complications. Bon Appetite!
