Banquets by Cinie

1.0 1

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 150 ml oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 600 g  plain flour
  • 1 tea spoon sugar
  • 2 tea spoons salt
  • 2 tea spoons dried yeast

METHOD

Home bakery set-up: Pastry Program

Rise pastry, divide it to approx. 16 pieces, form banquets at the dry pastry board, cut them 2 or 3 times askew on the top, put them on a baking sheet, lined with Teflon or silicon pad, eventually use a baking paper and leave them rise another 40 minutes, apply whipped egg with a little bit of milk, sprinkle with seeds as per your preference (sesame, linseed..). Heat the oven to 180°C and bake 12 minutes. Banquets are splendidly puffy and fragile. During the work with pastry on the board it is not needed to add any extra flour as it is very comfortable to process it.
